What do you mean that
your DVDs are interactive?
When I work with students, I know its
important to let them  work at their own pace.
With some difficult chords or melodies, they
will want to watch me play a measure over
and over while they try to play along.
This gives them the ability to see how something is played and  do
it at their own pace.

When Randy and I started designing the Play Like Me DVDs, I
wanted to make sure our video students had the same control over
each measure.

I think you'll find that the result is your having the ability to select
individual measures to work on.  Then when you've completed a
measure, you can select when you want to move to the next
measure.

We've set it up so each measure will automatically repeat itself until
you choose to move forward.  I felt that the best approach to
learning a song is to focus on one measure at a time.  Then when
you reach the end of a line (4 measures), I'll play all four measures
together slowly and let you play along.
Play Like Me Music creates interactive video learning products that enable
aspiring piano players of all ages and skill levels to learn, play and sound better at the
piano as well as gain greater enjoyment from their playing.
